"I get very passionate about what I think is right."-Hillary Rodham Clinton

Duh!

Pajamas Media » Proof: New Records Show DOJ Lied About New Black Panther Dismissal.

Congress and the public have been told — for over a year — that the dismissal of the New Black Panther case resulted from nothing more than a dispute between lowly career civil servants. Lapdog reporters have repeated this lie, if they even covered the case at all. The documents uncovered by Judicial Watch expose the ruse.

Really? DOJ lied? It seems to me that they were just part of the larger picture…against Hillary.

And this nugget posted on TC…I really like this:

Apparently, unlike the Democratic party, the GOP still adheres to that archaic idea that their voters should pick their general election candidates. They have these things called “primaries” where the Republican party rank and file get to choose from among various people. Whoever gets the most votes gets to be the GOP nominee.

Shocking concept, isn’t it?

I’m no fan of the Tea Party but they’re playing the rules – and winning. Boo-fucking-hoo.

If you can’t join ‘em, beat ‘em. The Tea Party is to the right what PUMA should have been on the left. The Republicans have angry grassroots, the Democrats have Axelrod’s astroturf.

My thought on this is yes, the PUMAs should have been like the Tea Party. We blew that chance. It is discouraging to see 18 million people just give up. Which is what we did…we should have united together and kick some ass!

Go ahead…make your move!

This is my attempt to work through my thoughts and ideals…so if you get offended or do not agree with me, I am sorry...that's your opinion and I am glad that you have it! This undertaking is my own. I write this blog for me alone, and it's not meant to persuade anyone. Just because I link it, does not mean I completely agree with it…It just means I read these articles and form my own opinions. This blog is my way of giving myself a proper flogging about the head and shoulders. It is a form of self-torture that I must work out.

"When you stumble, keep faith. And when you're knocked down, get right back up and never listen to anyone who says you can't or shouldn't go on." -Hillary Rodham Clinton

Hillary Rodham Clinton

“I supported Hillary because she was the best candidate, because she was a woman, and because I am a woman. Women’s rights, women’s voices, women’s representation, women’s causes, and the fact that she was a smart populist woman instead of another empty suit — yes, absolutely, all reasons I supported Hillary Clinton.” -Wonk the Vote

Hillary’s Quotes

"We are here to advance the cause of women and to advance the cause of democracy and to make it absolutely clear that the two are inseparable. There cannot be true democracy unless women's voices are heard. There cannot be true democracy unless women are given the opportunity to take responsibility for their own lives."

"Take criticism seriously, but not personally. If there is truth or merit in the criticism, try to learn from it. Otherwise, let it roll right off you."

"The challenge is to practice politics as the art of making what appears to be impossible, possible."

"What we have to do... is to find a way to celebrate our diversity and debate our differences without fracturing our communities."

"We need to understand that there is no formula for how women should lead their lives. That is why we must respect the choices that each woman makes for herself and her family. Every woman deserves the chance to realize her God-given potential."

"It is a violation of human rights when babies are denied food, or drowned, or suffocated, or their spines broken, simply because they are born girls.

It is a violation of human rights when women and girls are sold into the slavery of prostitution.

It is a violation of human rights when women are doused with gasoline, set on fire and burned to death because their marriage dowries are deemed too small.

It is a violation of human rights when individual women are raped in their own communities and when thousands of women are subjected to rape as a tactic or prize of war.

It is a violation of human rights when a leading cause of death worldwide among women ages 14 to 44 is the violence they are subjected to in their own homes.

It is a violation of human rights when young girls are brutalized by the painful and degrading practice of genital mutilation.

It is a violation of human rights when women are denied the right to plan their own families, and that includes being forced to have abortions or being sterilized against their will.

If there is one message that echoes forth from this conference, it is that human rights are women's rights - and women's rights are human rights. Let us not forget that among those rights are the right to speak freely - and the right to be heard." (from 'Women's Rights Are Human Rights' Speech Beijing, China: 5 September 1995)
