Had to repost this one….and then this:

Tuesday morning fairy tales: Mr. Tod’s Big Scheme for the Non-Profit Forest

Great fable over at Historiann

And then all this TSA shit, I think it is appalling for these people to be getting a free feel on innocent people, especially the children. This is absolutely ridiculous. I just do not understand how these TSA agents can get away with molestation….oh wait, it is orders from her…it seems so evasive, and traumatic to “pat down” screaming toddlers as this.

And last, the Fair Pay Act:

ACLU Calls On Senate To Pass Paycheck Fairness Act Wednesday

Vote Is Crucial For Fairness And Economic Survival, Says ACLU

WASHINGTON – November 16 – The American Civil Liberties Union today urged Senators to vote to move forward the Paycheck Fairness Act (S. 182/S. 3772), a bill that would help women be fairly compensated for their work and give them the tools necessary to close the wage gap. A cloture vote on the Paycheck Fairness Act, a much needed update to the Equal Pay Act of 1963, is currently scheduled for this Wednesday, November 17. If the bill fails to reach the 60 votes necessary to avoid a filibuster, the Paycheck Fairness Act will be blocked from consideration on its merits, regardless of whether it is supported by a majority of the Senate. The ACLU called on Senators to support this crucial measure.

The other day I was watching Fox and that Varney asshole was on trashing this bill. I really can’t stand to see people continually put down any legislation that benefits women.

“So the “groping” technique was developed as a way to punish people into using the scanners — because there are $148 million more on the way. And just so nobody gets the idea to follow Tyner’s lead, the TSA is using threats and intimidation to guarantee the market for the porno scanners. Whether Tyner is prosecuted or not, people will hear about what happened to him and think twice before refusing to become fodder for their new machines.

    This is a full-on outrage.”
